- Delete the previous fix to libasan6 issue in 10.2.1-2.0.2.
- Backport the following two redhat fix from 10.2.1-8.2:
- actually use libgfortran_nonshared.a (#1929375)
This is fix Orabug 32509350 - gcc-toolset-10 does not link the correct libgfortran files
- have libasan-devel require libasan6 (#1939638)
- Fix Orabug 32423691- gcc10 SEGV for every test in sregress: ORA-7445_ksmplru_add_batchksm
